Terms and Conditions: Ross Dunlop Studios Booking

Please review these terms and conditions carefully prior to booking with Ross Dunlop Studios. Your booking with us signifies your acceptance and agreement to comply with these terms.

  1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit:

    • To confirm your booking with Ross Dunlop Studios, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is required. This deposit is payable upon booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.

    • Please note that the deposit is subtracted from the total amount due and is not an additional charge.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their booking. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur an additional £25 cancellation fee. This fee covers the studio's preparation costs and running expenses.

  3. Rescheduling:

    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are willing to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your session.

    • A rescheduling fee may apply for changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session. This fee will be communicated to you at the time of your request.

  4. Payment:

    • The remaining balance of your booking fee is due on the day of your session, before the commencement of studio hire.

    • We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers. Please ensure prompt payment to avoid any inconvenience.

  5. Client Responsibilities:

    • It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced studio hire session duration.

    • Please inform us of any special requirements or preferences you may have in advance of your session to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

  6. Liability:

    • Ross Dunlop Studios operates as a photography studio space and assumes no liability for the actions or omissions of individual photographers or clients.

    • While every effort will be made to ensure a safe and professional environment, Ross Dunlop Studios cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your session.

    • Clients are responsible for their own belongings and equipment while on the premises of Ross Dunlop Studios.

  7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

    • Ross Dunlop Studios reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing and will be effective immediately upon notification.
